The field-house will be 24,000 sqft with a 2600 sgft annex. The building will hold around 1200 patrons for live events, retractable bleachers to watch court activity, public restrooms, a cafe and foyer with seating, meeting rooms, dedicated team lockers and be fully accessible.

The floor space can be divided into 4 practice courts for use of volleyball, basketball, pickleball, badminton, etc. Will also include a warm-up/walking track.
